Went to trulieve for the first time today. Was greatly impressed by the courteous workers there and the good, prompt service I got. Yuli and Tony were especially accommodating and went above and beyond to help us being first time clients.

As a Veteran I've been using Trulieve, St Petersburg Clearwater then I moved to Port Charlotte and now I'm in Orlando. I have never once had an issue with my order and no they do not treat veterans like criminals. They add your veteran discount directly onto your account. Now sometimes when I do delivery, it won't show the discount, so I'll just ask them as im paying, they always correct it. All 4 locations have been extremely wonderful, knowledgeable and pleasant. No organization is perfect.

It was my first time purchasing medical cannabis and the whole staff was super kind, getting checked in was a quick and painless process even being new and them having to set up a profile for me. Once checked in another associate helped me around the store showing what they offer, and I left 10 minutes later with the medicine. Super friendly and helpful, I'll definitely be back. :)
