Helpful assistant with good suggestions
My check out representative (Melinda) at the St. Augustine store was very helpful in suggesting an alternate product when the one I ordered was not available. I was very pleased with my purchase as well as my Senior discount. The only reason not to give 5 stars was the amount of time it takes from when you check in until you get called in for your pick up. I had ordered on line and thought the timing was. bit slow.

Great bunch of people working there
Great bunch of people working there. Product line is good. Just not enough rso sativa in stock at times. Other then that no complaints.

Orlando North Trulieve is the place to go for medical marijuana
I recently tried to order a particular tincture for delivery and spent fur weeks searching for the delivery option on the Trulieve website, only to find that it was never available for home delivery. I finally called and was told that I would have to drive across town to a dispensary, Orlando North, to get the item. I was not happy about this, but when I arrived, to my surprise, everyone was so friendly and helpful. In particular, Alexis was the young woman who helped me and she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made my trip a pleasant one and I was able to stock up and get the tincture I depend on. If you need medical marijuana, Orlando North is the place to go!

I think Trulieve does a great job.
I think Trulieve has some problems with their on line ordering, but in general I like Trulieve and their products. I have never been treated poorly at a dispensary. Always courteous, and at times the strain was visible as they dealt with upset customers over the on line ordering and computer programming issues Trulieve recently encountered. I visit 3 different dispensaries of theirs and like them all. In this case Jennifer from North Ft Myers was courteous, helpful, quick and Hot to boot. Probably inappropriate to say so today but I can get away with it cause I'm old. Thanks Trulieve, Thanks Jennifer. I'll be back.
