TrulieveReviews of trulieve.com

i visited the location in arizona (harvest of chandler) and you guys NEVER pick up the phone (even after i was told by an employee to call and check if y’all have certain items) they also never have what the deals display. they’re always out :/ the inventory there is so garbage. they show all these great deals just to not have what they’re displaying? do better please. we all just want to get high and we can’t do that if you never have what’s advertised and if u guys aren’t picking up the phone

Love the products the employees are always nice and helpful. I absolutely hate that they are understaffed. I placed an order for pick up at 10am and still end up waiting 45 minutes @ 4:45 pm in store for my order. It’s suck and it’s such a shame they can’t fix this.

Have been a Truelieve customer for over 5 years and wonder Why there is NEVER any Trupowder Unflavored in stock over several months ANYWHEREE??? The Flavored versions of Vanilla and Lemon are DISGUSTING just eliminate the Flavored versions and Keep more UNFLAVORED in stock ...Why are there delivery issues going on with this product ..Some of us only use edibles When you use the CHAT they are never informed of any issues like the and are unhelpful

My problem with Trulieve is in the packaging. My hands are too weakened with my condition to open the containers. This has happened repeatedly with the screw off lids on the TruPowder as well as the 3.5g of flower. Very disappointing to me as they have had the best selection of products that brought relief.

I’ve been there twice and haven’t received my 10% discount. I’m on snap. I ask the guy and he doesn’t apply it. I want to keep coming to u guys cause you guys have a great selection

Overall Trulieve is great .. but if Trulieve is going to have an Express Lane then it should be utilized .. instead of waiting for others to place orders, then filled .. seems counter productive

I visit the Fort LauderdaleTrulieve. It is extremely well run. The people are professional, friendly & helpful. It’s a pleasure to shop there. Yonder took care of me yesterday and was great. One issue though, I purchased from the Cultivar Collection & was informed that my veteran 20% discount was lowered to 10% for this collection. I would ask that you please revisit this decision.

4:20 for All!!!! Nope, 4:20 for people able to stand in a line that wraps completely around the location! Order 600$ worth of product the moment the ad drops 4/19, and didn’t get my delivery until 4/22. Plus couldn’t get a swag bag Bc they only have enough for the 200 ppl wrapped around the building! You think yall would have learned from last 4:20 but no, this one was even worse! I’m very disappointed!! Then when they finally showed up… everyone’s concentrate was left at the store!! Just insane!! Delivery people get the short end of every stick. I live over an hour away from any location and I work and have 2 small children!! I want the same opportunity as people who live next door to the location! If anything we should be treated better! I spend too much money to be treated like we’re just the leftovers! At the very least there should be swag for everyone who meets the requirements!! It’s not like yall don’t know how many customers you have!!! It’s poor planning and I get screwed!
