i went to Bonita springs location today to get somne products... I waited for ever and there was NO One even in the store... There were at least four employees there. the guy who finally checked me in was very rude and told me i would have to wait til they were done training.. 10 mins later maybe. i finally got called by the manager and i selected my product and he went to grab it... as he reutrned a young boy from the back came out and said he was sorry and i said no problem for what?... then the manager informed me that i was not allowed to purchase anything from there because i had been banned from location so i need to go to another store from here on... i was gicven NO explanation or reasons as to why im bannned. just that i needed to leave and go to anopther store. again i asked why since ive been going to Bonita location since getting my card in January. he gave me no reason for the ban. I did absolouty nothing wrong! except date an employee which we are no longer involved. this is unexceptable and not good customer service... i have anxiety and depression due to the intetaction and will be calling coporate and wink, fox, nbc,abc, BBB and the governors office as well as DAA disablirties act of america there customer service here is Lacking and none exiestant

So I’ve been buying from Trulieve for years but over the past year they have gotten really bad. Nothing is ever in stock, all the items advertised are never available at any location in my state apparently. And their customer service chat is just completely useless. Unfortunately I will no longer be giving them my business. What started out great had just turned to crap

upselling my 3.5 grams weighed 2 grams when i got it home, the company sent three emails for how was your first trip but noone corrected it the flower is dry and not weighing. never again. avoid.

Product is overpriced and full of garbage. They are often out of what was advertised to get you in the door. Long wait times. Poor customer service. Bunk weed.

Consistently the slowest place to ever go. Been coming for years only as a last resort and it never fails to disappoint. It's like they train employees to go as slow as possible and talk as much as they can about nonsense. Place sucks. Literally every other place is better, every single one.

I’d give them no stars if I could. These are the people who tried to ban hemp and all competition in VA. Bad intentions from the people running this. Flower is mids at best. These exact kind of company you want to avoid
