Cape Coral, FL location is always understaffed and rude. Express pickup takes 30 minutes. Manager doesn’t respond to suggestion or issues. During my transaction, I had a panic attack and got a little bit anxious and they threw me out. I said if I didn’t leave they call security I’m gone from this location and Trulieve all together.

Worst company ever! I have cancer and rely on products to relieve pain and count on this company to deliver since I can no longer drive. I have placed two online orders in as many months and the selected delivery date comes and goes without any deliveries or communication from this company as to why my order is never filled. Called and customer service was absolutely no help.

Eustis dispensary is absolutely terrible. Wait time is typically 40 minutes. Never fully staffed or stocked for that matter. And the personnel does their best but with no show or not enough people makes the experience brutal.

Poor service, they lost me in the reservation system and then were surprised when I went to check in again. No apology just you will have to wait...OOPS First and last time buyer no `1st time discounts more interest in 2 "budtenders" discussing hours. Worst service, I pray the bud is serviceable.

Everytime I come here and it’s the old blonde lady expect to wait an extra 30-60 mins. The new workers behind the desk are so slow… not sure what checking in before and it saying only 10 mins does….

I went to trulieve once. I will not go again. It took 3 hrs. I’m used to when you order online that is ready to be picked. Trulieve is not like that everyone is a walk-in with 30-50 ppl ahead of you. Do not go!! Liberty and curleaf I’ve never waited more that 20 minutes. After waiting an hour and ten minutes they put me back at the back of line. People there for 5 or 10 minutes get to go ahead of you. Never go here. I wont. They don’t know what they are doing or how to do it. I don’t think waiting 3 hours is worth savings $10. My time is more important. This is the absolute worse dispensary I’ve ever visited. Blanding Blvd Jax, Florida

Said that it seems they are going out of business. They no longer answer the phones or fill online orders. I read they had massive layoffs in their call centers so they probably will be shutting their doors. I just hope lack of financial resources hasn't affected safety and how they handle product.
