Horrible customer service experience at trulieve Sebastian along with every other location on the space coast. What you had to wait for an hour after you place the pickup order? I'm sorry sit down and wait your turn. You might wait an hour or more even for Express pickup Every other dispensary is much faster and equal or better quality products. For instance Vidaccann has organic products that exceed trulieve for a fraction of the price. Sorry we don't care. Go somewhere else Gnarly attitude of indifference. These people are the result of a monopoly control of an industry and they think that customers owe them something. Don't shop here go somewhere else. Go anywhere else.

There is a young lady who works n the Summerfield Fl store, that is a miserable person. She also makes customers miserable as well, with her whining and rudeness to others. When I finally had to leave her and go to a manager to help me, I could tell by the look on his face that she made his life miserable every day. Can’t understand why so many kids in their 20s feel so entitled.

Great products but horrible service. Very nice employees but extremely slow at processing anything. BE PREPARED TO WAIT OVER EXPECTED WAIT TIME. Doesn't matter what truelieve location. All is 45 minute wait. Express pick-up does not change wait. Especially since most customers are now doing express in hopes of faster.

They are supposed to be here to help but the ridiculous wait times makes your anxiety worse. I’m so glad jungle boys opened. 45 minutes for express pick up is insane get it together Daytona!!!!

This establishment is so unorganized and unprofessional. Every time I come there is some issue.I’m a regular customer and today I placed my order online and checked in through waitly and was waiting to be called. They completely removed me from the list and put me at the bottom on 1 of the busiest days. This is unacceptable and I will not be shopping here anymore I will be going to another company and telling everyone that I know not to come Here terrible service.

I’m a disabled veteran, and trulieve used to be a saving grace for my mental health. Until I had to start going to Kissimmee East. The most horribly operated trulieve ever. I’ve been to multiple. Kissimmee East is like a drug spot you see the employees in the lobby at opening trying to get the good flower. They scheme, I’ve reached out so many times, this is a true story. After I told them I was doing research for the BBB. 2 employees followed me into a Publix. Crazy I have PTSD. They need an entire new system in Kissimmee EAST. I’ve recorded the last 6 months of transactions. 18 times they gave me the wrong flower and they tell me it happens all the time. 18 times. Smthg is horribly wrong in Kissimmee EAST!!!

Great product, however if you have a busy schedule and don’t have 45 minutes to an hour to wait (even when you select express pickup and it says 5 minutes 5) it’s impossible to shop at the Gandy location.

All locations need more staffing. It's ridiculous the wait at any trulieve. You are set uo to trigger all your clinets qith anxiety and ptsd
