REALLY rude unknowledgeable budtenders. Four times the wait of any other dispensary.

This is the most unorganized place I’ve ever experienced… you can be as over prepared as humanly possible and your wait time will likely be double what they tell you. But if you aren’t in the door at the exact moment they estimate, they kick you off and make you wait again. Understaffed but there’s always a massive wait list it doesn’t make sense.

You know I have a 25% off for my birthday this month and I also have the 55+ witch is 10% off and I also have snap another 10% off but can never get to use them because everytime I order the same things I like they are always on sale. Same with the points. They need learn something from COOKIES BECAUSE THEY HAVE THERE SH+T TOGETHER. THAT'S WHERE I'M DOING MY BUSINESS FOR NOW ON. TRULIEVE SUX!!!!

Not the first time but "Trulie" (lol) the last ;) Placed order online for pick up which always takes forever, the customer service number is ridiculous, sent an email complaint to customer service 2 days ago and still no reply. The order was for 2 3.5 whole flower (1 stativa and 1 indica) and received 2 3.5 mini flower and GET THIS the strains look and smell EXACTLY the same!! What the heck?? In addition, images of flower/bud listed online web/mobile sites describing flowers are all very VERY similar to each other. (ie: same image for various companies & strains. Trulieve = TruLIE

I just made a purchase in the store and was given a cheaper $20 product when I asked for and was charged a higher price $58 for what I actually wanted. This could easily be interpreted as a criminal bait and switch. In addition, why the hell wont anyone pick up the damn phone???

3 people in waiting area....half hour gone by no service...sad

This dispensary is a disgrace, compared to all of their sister offices. Every single time that I use this facility, it takes them several hours to prepare my order and then when you check in through the express line, they, still put walk ins in front of you. The one employee that always wears the black boots and has long wavy brown hair, is one of the most patronizing employees that I have ever met!!! Today, she purposely ignored another customer calling me foul language because I voiced my opinion on how the situation was handled. She also performed her job wrong in the way that she checked me into the facility.. And the employee definitely favors, publicly, some customers over others. I didnt realize that their money was better than mine. NEVER GOING BACK. I also filed a complaint with OMMU
