Have gone to BOTH St Pete locations to pick up an online order, only to arrive and be told it's gonna be a 46-60 minute wait. This is AFTER I have received a text message saying it was ready for pick up. Will never go back until I know this has been fixed. Just inexcusable!

Miami Gardens location is the worst, waiting over an hour for pickup order, person working desk said they only have 1 employee , totally unacceptable, all other locations , in and out less than 10 minutes

What has happend to this place, they need to shut it down. Express orders take over an hour. They are so under staffed. I will never go back, even if product is free!! I watched dozens of folks walk out and I got tired of waiting also. Got suckered in on the cart sale, have not got flower from them forever, to many better faster options. Sad, because the folks that are stuck working are so nice. This was the Edgewater location!

Terrible service and rude people. They tell you it’s a 35 minute wait then when you get there 10 mins later they cancelled your spot and restocked your order. Making me wait an additional 40 minutes. Last time. All Truelieve in Pinellas County Florida are the worst. I’d rather buy from the dude on the streets. Last time for me

The Wesley Chapel location is really bad with customer service. There is a young girl that that is no help and looks like she is stoned. Dresses like a hippy not professional at all. And had no idea what the issue was so I went to another dispensary and placed my order without issue and they were very nice and it went very fast. At trulieve yo have to wait there in the lobby and they only let one person in the back at a time. They are really screwed up on their customer service. They treat you like they dont care.

Tru disappointment. I placed an on line order just after 10am, at 12:20pm had not heard a word from the, drove to the place checked it ( big mistake) was put at back of line and told by a snotty Ass kid that will be at least an hour wait. I split went home at 1:45 get a text you have 10 mins to get in and get your order, totally unexceptable Tru sucks should be your name. This place is a joke St Pete Tyrone Tru mess is not worth the money

I recently received my med mary jane card. I have visited Trulieve 2 times. Each time I was turned away. 1st time I arrived about 8...they close at 8:30. I was told that they are not taking any new walk ins. 2nd time, it was 7:30 but was told the same thing...no new walk ins. They do not have to worry about me returning. Not a place i want to spend my money.
