Not only was my order ready and packaged I got a phone call regarding this. I come down already waited 30 minutes (they told me 20) then proceeded to put me as a walk in and now telling me 30-40 more minutes. Maybe take care of your employees so there is more that 2 people working at any given time. Normally 1 person out back.

Absolutely awful wait times, upwards of two hours! Constant tech outages, inconsistent pos systems that don’t work reliably, excessive promo messages that led to a lawsuit and now their express checkout system is completely broken. There is systematic mismanagement at this company and I will never go to another trulieve again.

I used to be a daily customer,I don't mind waiting a few minutes,but literally sitting for hour is unacceptable...even with express which is now not an option it's a shi* show.. I literally walked out today nov 12th 2023 after making a order .but the line was out door just to check in,so I went down st to cureleaf made an order before I got there which is a block away and my cigarette was still burning on concrete when I got out with my flower ., that's service...jungle boys and cure leaf customer service but trulieve to shame ..products are decent especially sale options

I would give this place a minus if I could. The demeanor of the people that helped me was kind of stand offish. My vape cartridge "Product", the liquid in the 2 Cartridges I bought was almost black. Both tasted like Old Cigarettes. And both failed halfway, the first time it happened I had it replaced (sigh it was still black the liquid) That failed halfway as well! My advice is to STAY AWAY!

I have been going to Trulieve for several years now but it has gone downhill tremendously. The wait times are over an hour and they took away express pick up so you wait very long even if you order online. When I got inside this last time, there was one person working in the back and you could tell that he was super stressed. Very short staffed and it’s not right. I love my Trulieve and I have gotten to know all of the employees from going there for so long but this is just unacceptable. Something needs to be done about this or they are going to lose ALOT of customers.

I would rather renew my tags at the DMV EVERY DAY than ever experience a Trulieve Dispensary process again. Waiting room concept with ZERO first in/first out policies whatsoever, REGARDLESS whether or not an order was placed online. I ordered online 2.5 hours before going to the dispensary. Placed order apprx. 10am, walked into dispensary at 12:50pm. ID was verified and I had a seat in the dull boring waiting room. WORSE than the DMV. People come in and get served before I do. By 1pm I've had it and leave. Not being unreasonable for a 3 hour process (to buy 4 cartridges). ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Note - I am writing this review after THREE such visits, finally had to let folks know, there are MUCH MORE customer FRIENDLY dispos out there - even those where you can WALK RIGHT INTO A DISPO and browse, not sit in and in some damp, dreary waiting room until your name is called. Unreal.

They are the most incompetent company I have ever stepped foot in.. way worst than the DMV. Don't bother putting an order in online as it takes more than 24hrs to fill the order I placed 10/23 @ 4pm. than get the email at 1 PM the next day 10/24 that its ready to pick up. They say they hold the order for 24hrs on website NOPE!! I was there the next day 10/25 at 9:30 am waited 30 minutes to pick it up. when called up they already dropped it from the system and then refused to honor the sale prices from that order. I've tried every Trulieve the SW Florida area with similar experiences. I am just going back to buying on the street its much easier. Another thing that stinks and is bothering is they seem to be the only dispensary that offers many different product lines. All the other dispensary's lines are VERY limited. Almost like trulieve has a monopoly on products. Seems fishy and way unfair to me just saying..
