We have about 150 clients using True Link debit cards. Customer service is excellent. The process to schedule transfers is simple. Replacing lost/stolen cards could not be easier.

This is by far the easiest financial service to deal with which makes being a Representative Payee much less worrisome. It's a big deal to handle someone else's money. When you have a real PARTNER in that responsibility, someone who does their absolute best every single time assistance is needed for various personal needs of beneficiaries; that takes a good bit of stress out of the situation. I have absolutely NO negative feedback as every experience I've had with True Link has been professional, positive and courteous. If every business was as a pleasure to work with, there would be much happier people running around this world.

As a trustee for a special needs trust, this is an excellent way to maintain appropriate controls on the trust while providing some autonomy to the user at a very reasonable monthly fee.

I have found True Link to be invaluable in my work as a guardian. They are responsive and easy to work with and the online platform is easy to use.

In our area we are a large non-profit rep payee company and True Link is always quick to respond to our requests. All agents are professional and courteous. We especially appreciate the follow up for any issues we may have. We love the "easy button" service we receive!

We had a card that there were charges made by someone other than the cardholder. We called and closed the card and requested that a refund be issued for the balance on the card as we would not be ordering a new card at this time. The refund was sent and the charges in question were researched. Ultimately a refund was sent for those charges. The one concern I have is our clients cards have been compromised either by a security breach on True Link end or due to someone other than the authorized person using the card. The true link representative always wants to leave the card open saying it is secure. This is certainly not in line with our compliance procedures. Otherwise service was good and prompt.
