Let me be clear, the product did NOT work for my printer. But after complaining to multiple people, they issued me a full refund.

True Image US Very Good! Ordering again
True Image US did a great job around January 2025. Something went wrong with one cartridge, and they immediately corrected it! At that time, my order did note include an updated chip for Canon compatibility. I'm ready to order again. I hope their ImageClass Canon cartridges will now have a chip for compatibility.

it took a while until they got in touch…
it took a while until they got in touch but then they replaced the product that did not work in my laptop and sent me new cartridges without charging me that proved to help. my laptop is printing now. so i am happy with my results. it took a little extra time so that is why i did not rate with 5 stars but still they wregood.

Toner was good
Toner was good. But it prints better from an email than it copies. Don't copy too well. Colors are dull. Still happy with the product and price.
