Truehost hosting is best for me
Truehost hosting is best for me, and there customer support is one thing I love best, they are good and have been using it for almost 2 years without complaint

Wordpress issue sorted on time
I was helped when my WordPress website ran into a database error. I raised the support ticket and it was answered on time. It was sorted immediately.

Bad domain provider
Bad domain provider. They provide free whois protection at the beginning, but I forgot to select which caused me to receive tons of spamming texts. Then, I found out they actually provide free whois protection when you purchased the domain. Then I'm asking for it, they required me to pay for it, also, they required sms verification everytime I login which is annoying.

Extremely bad Web hosting company
They suspend my hosting plan without notice and refuse to respond to emails. When they finally responded they said the reason was that I registered a domain they don't want on their system. The domain in question was bankprofiles.info. I haven't even built any content on the domain at that time. I'm yet to know what's bad about the domain till now but even if the domain was bad does that mean truehost should suspend my entire hosting that has about 7 websites on it? After several days of pleading, they still choose not to restore my hosting plan. I wasn't even given a chance to download my websites' files. My main blog (with over 100 articles) that was earning me 10 dollars daily was affected. I had to start that blog all over again. It was a very terrible experience.
