Does Zola share user data?
You won’t like it here but your Zola forced me her since you all don’t listen to customer review. Does Zola takes user data. Explain to me how Zola keeps requesting for OTP of another email address after providing the OTP of the email linked to the faulty domain. Does Zola share user data? Where did it get my email it sent to my client? This is happening on a brand new system. I tried connecting to customer care but Almighty Zola refused. I have a video proof of the chat.

Zola does not share customer data with third parties. If you're seeing unexpected OTP prompts or believe an email was sent to an address that shouldn't have been involved, we'd like to investigate exactly what occurred to determine the cause. We also apologize if your interaction with Zola prevented you from reaching our support team. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Please send us your domain name, registered email address, and the video you mentioned via direct message or email at [email protected]. We'll have our technical team review the OTP flow, account activity, and communication logs to identify what happened and ensure the issue is resolved. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are committed to investigating it thoroughly.
