This marketplace was supposed to be no…
This marketplace was supposed to be no fee for the sellers. I list one product on this platform and the next day I wake up with 46.05 GBP debited from my master card without any prior notices and without informing me.

Hello Bushra, We are a no-fee marketplace but we also offer premium services like publishing your listings to Google Ads. You subscribed to the premium Google Ads package. Google charges when a user clicks on the Ads for your listings. We have still issued a refund to you. Lied about free shipping
Ordered item that stated free shipping, upon checking out I was charged nearly $14 for shipping which is outrageous. Contacted Truegether to cancel order, Truegether refuse to answer my emails. Would never recommendthis company to anyone. Full refund given. Thank you.

guy is horrible
I bought something at 1am and I emailed asking him something and straight after I got a message on discord with some calling me all sorts of names being a tosspot all because apparently I messaged him too late. he ended up not giving me the game. not a nice first experience. The guy was apparently the owner of the site and my review got deleted.

This is a scam website and the sellers…
This is a scam website and the sellers who are selling there are robbers. they just fetch your money and dont deliver your product even dont respond of your mails and calls. when seller does not reply trugether website never help you to get your refund back they just say sorry and says claim a dispute through your payment method. i have really a bad experience with this site

They are thieves
I just found out that this website is using my images and description from amazon and is selling my product. They are not shipping the orders and when the customer doesn’t receive the item, I receive the complaints and have to refill an order that was never actually placed with me.

Had a small issue re setting up and…
Had a small issue re setting up and when asking for assistance other than "send a video" was mocked laughed at and felt belittled and in this day and age that shouldbt happen. Would not recommend in the slightest. I purchased what I believe qas a working article, however I could not get it working so therefore could not use it, when I asked for assistance the only help given was "send us a video of what your doing" could nipit do so and informed them of this and the person speaking to me mocked me as if I was illiterate, requested a refund £10 and was told good luck with that!! Not the best customer service at all and will not use again. The matter has now been resolved and fully refunded so that now closes the matter.

“Dynamic Pricing” has another name in my book…
No, no, no. I found the item I wanted, only place on the web I could find it, gave my info, approved the purchase at the specified price, 10 seconds later receipt comes through for $1 over the agreed price. Complained, they said they use “Dynamic Pricing, which can change without warning”, I don’t think that’s dynamic pricing, I think it’s theft.
