Google auto fill put in the wrong mailing address. I tried to correct the problem to no avail. I have sent several messages with no response. I called them several times and it went to voice mail stating no one was available to take the call

Glad to see many people having good experiences with them. I was not one of them as I never received my purchase. I believe Truegether gave a try at first to help me recover my purchase but later as the Christmas season rush unfolded, stopped communicating with me. I don't blame them for the dishonesty of the dropshipping company screwing me over, but I do blame them for not vetting out their partners who are fraudulent and will screw someone over.

Had a small issue re setting up and when asking for assistance other than "send a video" was mocked laughed at and felt belittled and in this day and age that shouldbt happen. Would not recommend in the slightest. I purchased what I believe qas a working article, however I could not get it working so therefore could not use it, when I asked for assistance the only help given was "send us a video of what your doing" could nipit do so and informed them of this and the person speaking to me mocked me as if I was illiterate, requested a refund £10 and was told good luck with that!! Not the best customer service at all and will not use again. The matter has now been resolved and fully refunded so that now closes the matter.

I bought the game wwe2k22 as a digital code about a week ago on your website but I had issues with my Xbox at the time. I've had a really poor conversation with the seller saying that I took too long to message them so I can't get the game. I told them that I had troubles with the Xbox and that I only have access to it twice a week. The seller was Xbox cave, just wondering if I could get a refund. So I just received my order jack3d when I opened it, it was big clumps and hard couldn't even stick a knife through it so needless to say I threw it out. This was my first time ordering from this site

I ordered 5 dwarf cherry seeds and 5 blue rose bushes about 2 weeks ago, no confirmation or date when they would arrive. Not happy with this process so far.
