Order a food dehydrator from them on 11/11/16. Also the delivery date was 11/17/2016. I live in Illinois and it got delivered to a different state. All of my information was right to come to my house. What a big hassle to go through. You cant call them only way to get to talk to someone is through email. Will never order through this company again. Never had issues with any other place.

Item ordered on a Friday. Email received with shipping info USPS (2-5) days from Pennsylvania to New York. NO ITEM by following Friday. Email sent to Seller. Reply was 'Oops. Truegether did not receive order from Seller so...item will be shipped Saturday (the day I needed the item.) I called the individual who replied to my email. Very unprofessional, as if he had just woken up. 'Oh, that item was shipped this morning.' When I raised my voice and asked for an apology or refund, he hung up. This Truegether experience was my first and last.

Contacted by email to see how to delete account ,had an email back asking why? i gave my answer,and so far no reply,there is no way to close the account online and they seemed unwilling to close it for me,totally unacceptable that there is no way to close your account,be warned (have managed to close the account,but i still feel that given the ease as to how easy it is to open an account it should be equally as easy to close the account without going back and forth with emails)

I paid for an item that is currently extremly hard to find ,that I truly wanted. But they never really had it and after two weeks of giving me the run around they just shipped me two of a cheaper item that I have no interest in. I don't know about most people but when I spend $40 on something I want the item I paid for!!!!

Initially I had a system glitch & accidentally ordered the item twice! I caught this immediately, emailed, & not only was the problem handled promptly, i.e. Billing & possible double shipping, I received in 3 days!!!
