Great site for both buying and selling. I have been using it for a while now and I have had no problems whatsoever. They also give a nice boost to listings through Google shopping and offer the ability or link multiple sales channels. Overall great site.

I was looking for a vintage item that was hard to find and this was my first experience with Truegether. The seller made a deal with me, shipped fast and it was a quality product. I'm looking into truegether more now. I thought that Etsy was the only show around!

I ordered some fake pee the bottle had a puncture in the upper right corner causeing the solution to leak out by almost half the bottle. It was sealed in plastic and put in a cushioned envelope but the product was damaged apparently before it was factory sealed they call it. The plastic wrap around the product wasn't punctured nor was the envelope puntured. Since i didn't think to take pics before i opened it truegether doesn't want to help me they said it left here sealed but it was damaged. All i want is another one sent now i'm out 32.67 by trying to save ten dollars by buying from truegether and was planning on buying more and this is the thanks i get for being a customer. If my product would have arrived in perfect condition i would be happy and would gladly give a big five star. Would still have given a four star rating if truegether just would honor the damaged product and send me another and this damaged one could be sent back. I paid for something i can't use. The damage is on their end not during delivery. It says it has insurance on it so why am i not getting one shipped because i didn't take before i opened it pics that shouldn't disqualify me from getting another one shipped out.Especially, since it is supposed to have insurance on it. Ups and truegether can play the blame game but instead you 💩 on your customer. I am not a theif i just want my product i paid for to be in perfect condition so i can use it for lab work.

Ordered a camcorder 10 days ago. Contacted the seller no response. Emailed the company, no response. I guess I lost that money! UPDATE 10-9-18. Received a full refund in less the 12 hours. I really wanted the camera, could never get an answer as to why they didn't ship it. I did get my money back!

Company does help boost sales with there google shopping campaign. However this is not a free service and depending on how many items you have for sale is how you would pay. Still at the end of the day it is worth it as it saves you time doing the google shopping your self.

Truegather clearly go the extra mile to accommodate me the operative are experienced and take time to listen to the issue that is troubling you and work with you to resolve the issue. I have contacted them several times in recently and the help I received was exemplary we use a number of other sites to sell our books and this is by far the best
