Seller acts thick says details are in spam folder and they are not then says we have not sent the codes to him. Just lies lies lies takes money then fobs you off for games BIGBOYPLUS is a scammer Also trugether don't help or reply to your complaints AVOID

The website itself is great. It’s the people selling on that website that are the problem. I have made three purchases of games from three different sellers and have asked for refund from all three. The refunds have nothing to do with the sellers, they were my fault. But you are entitled to a refund within 15 days of purchasing. 1 seller Vbrae Games, gave me a refund instantly and are really polite and professional. But the other two, Spray’s Games and BigBoyPlus are absolute disgraces and you should not purchase from them. They do not give you refunds and make you go through a whole process with PayPal or whichever service handles your payment, just to get a refund. I’ve reported them both to Truegether but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM if you ever think you might need a refund. I forgot to say that BigBoyPlus is an absolute moron as well btw. I don’t know if he’s just playing dumb but he was the most frustrating person I’ve ever dealt with. I just gave up getting a refund from him. But Spray’s gaming isn’t too far off, he’s just more polite.

It is my first time using truegether.com and I am extremely satisfied with everything that the platform has to offer. It has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to search and look out for products. It also offers lots of filtering options, and the most amazing one by far is the social media one that allows you to filter items by friends/location. I am also very satisfied with the fact that it seamlessly connects to your amazon account and helps in bypassing the lengthy sign up process! You just have to connect via amazon, and the item will automatically be shipped to your address, and the payment method will be automatically taken from amazon. I am still exploring the platform as a seller, and I am already enjoying how it connects to all of your amazon/ebay/shopify/google shopping websites though automate multi-channel ecommerce selling. Really nice! Thanks for this platform, I highly recommend this marketplace!
