Bad Customer Service
I would give them zero stars if I could. I inquired if I could customize a jersey they had for sale and they replied by saying, "Contact the seller." I replied by emailing them back and saying I used the Contact Us button on the bottom of the webpage, which leads to a Contact Us page. I then filled it out and sent it. They replied and asked for me to provide them the listing link to said jersey. I did that and again received an email to contact the seller directly. I replied that nothing on the listing page suggests there is another seller of the jersey than Trugether. I have yet to receive a reply from Trugether. How are you posting goods for service on your webpage with no mention of a seller than Trugether on the webpage or in the URL or reply to me from Trugether Support when I click on the Contact Us button and tell me to contact the seller? This is extremely poor customer service that caused me to look elsewhere for a similar jersey.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Just to clarify, TrueGether is a marketplace where items are listed by independent sellers. In our earlier replies, we did request that you use the “Ask a question” link on the listing page (just below the Buy Now button), as that’s the only way to reach the seller directly for customization or product-specific questions. Your message came through the Contact Us form in the footer, which routes to our support team. Since we don’t control individual listings, we’re not able to answer those product-specific requests, which is why we guided you to contact the seller directly. That said, your feedback is fair. We’ll work on improving this so others don’t run into the same confusion.
