I ordered something from them, paid for it, but never received the package. They gave me a USPS tracking number which indicated “delivered”. However I never received it. So I checked with the local postal authority and they informed me that the package was delivered, but I was not the addressee. They gave me the name of the addressee, but wouldn’t give me the address for privacy reasons. So it looks like the vendor gave me the wrong tracking number. I contacted Truegether to complain. All they said was to file a dispute with the credit card company. Please don’t do any business with these people. They don’t care about their customers and will cheat you.

As a working women I don't get time to go in shopping so one day I was browsing some shopping sites I found Truegether. First I thought it was just a normal site but I was amazed to see varity of products they have from groceries to home appliances I found everything I was looking for. Also I found some really beautiful antiques at very reasonable price and as I was satisfied with their customer service as I can communicate with them regarding my quire's and product. The product was packed carefully and was delivered on time. I found this site most reliable and I'm satisfied with their service. Love to shop from here.

I don’t often write reviews about products but I recently purchased a pack of 6 head scarves and I was happy to see that the website displays to the point information about the delivery time, availability of product, it has no hidden charges and there is clear information about the return policy. Although the product was a vintage estate find but it was as good as new and I started using it right away. I’m looking forward to buy more products from Truegether and will recommend my friends and family too.

Buyers beware!!! Don’t order from this site they are extremely unprofessional as well as the sellers on this site as well. The only way I was able to get a respond from them was through PayPal after 8 days of my purchase. I made a purchase Nov 22nd with “Gpthealth” and the only email that I got was a confirmation email from them. After that no updated email about shipping or anything. I emailed the seller multiple times and no one responded until I went through the PayPal resolution center. Then within 2 hours I got a response for a refund from PayPal. If I wouldn’t of went through PayPal, I don’t think they would of ever responded and they would of tried to scam me for sure. Don’t buy from this site!!!

I ordered a game from Xbox Cave, admittedly at a price too good to be true, and it hasn’t come. It stated I would receive access to the game upon the day of payment, and a confirmation email from the seller. I have received no such email, nor access to the game…. Very disappointing
