I received a promotion to purchase leggings at 40 percent off, with a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. I ordered a size L or 10 as they stated. I wear a size 8 or 10 pants. The L was too tight so the sizing is misrepresented. When I emailed that I need to return, they sent me a link that says " discounted items not returnable." After a week of trying to reach them every day with no response, I'm giving up. Save yourself the trouble that I and many BBB customers experienced and do NOT fall for this company's scam.

This company is a joke. I got my 3 pair of leggings for my daughters Christmas stockings and they were to small after emailing them and returning the leggings it’s been 3 months and I’ve not heard from them. They have my $75 and my 3 pair of leggings. They are totally a scam! They never Responded and I wrote a second time and now they say it’s past the 14 day. I just wanted a bigger size. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THEM. Horrible customer service. Useful Share

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. This company is a joke. They do not reply to emails, nor their 'live chat' and they do not send a packing slip with your items so you cannot complete the return online. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. The quality is terrible.

I ordered a pair of joggers for my daughter and chose sizing based on their size chart. They came in and she can’t even pull them up over her hips and holding them up they are incredibly short. I emailed for return instructions and because an $11 discount code was applied they are refusing to accept the return. I paid $46.97 for them and expect my full refund. They are not the quality I was expecting either!

Like everyone else I wish I read the reviews first and I always read reviews. I bought three pairs of leggings for my daughters and myself when I tried one on I decided to change the color thought it would be no problem since on top of their website says easy returns well that is a total bogus claim. I got a response back from them saying that they were discounted not eligible for return well everything on their site is discounted because you buy it on sale because there’s a coupon code as soon as you go to purchase something. Do not buy from this company I learn my lesson will always read reviews when buying from an unknown company

PATHETIC! wish I would have researched them before I ordered. Same issues as rest, never received item. Send countless emails and every 4 days get a "generic same response". All lies and scam! no phone to contact. I am disputing my charges and will NEVER deal with again.
