Truly the worst customer service. Beware. They don’t respond. Thought I bought from a good company. But sadly not the case. I was sent two different styles but ordered the same pants. No response. Ordered shorts with pockets. Got shorts with none. Told me I ordered ones without. Never responded after I sent confirmation from them showing I ordered with pockets. There are plenty of reputable companies. Source them.

I am in the process of trying to return 2 unused, just received items from TrueFeat. The items are not as described and not wearable because of very thin fabric. So far I have been asked to accept 1/2 of my money back in exchange for a favorable review. I will update my review as the process progresses.

I bought one pair of leggings first. I immediately knew had to buy more,wore them to work they stayed on didn't slip down like other leggings I've tried, had to keep pulling them up. Love the pockets very convenient. I bought more.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered an 8. However, when leggings arrived the waistband tag read size 6, but the hanging tag read size 8. I understand mistakes can happen. When I informed the company, their response was “it was a size 8.” No offer of exchange or refund. Instead chose to continue to argue with me. I’m a size 4 and could barely get these cheaply made leggings over my 35” hips.

Couldnt wait to receive my order. Finally arrive. Size small wouldn’t fit a child. So thought I would return and order next size. Oh, guess what, can’t return as they say they are marked down. They weren’t marked down when I ordered them! So can’t return. Lost my business- and I buy a lot online. They don’t respond to multiple emails. Horrible customer service- wait- they don’t even have any!

I agree with everyone else. TERRIBLE fraudulent company. You can NEVER return anything. Do NOT use them!!!
