Horrible company!! Was ordering legging with 30% off, but as I’m putting in the discount code, the transaction finalized at reg price! I’ve emailed them immediately and now 5 times! No answer from them! I’m going to stop payment with Cc and better business bureau. After, I looked at all the bad reviews! Really bad company!

Actually I wouldn't give them any stars. Ordered three pairs, three colors XL. I received one correct pair. Told me I could return them. They have had them since April. They do respond to emails. Don't waste your money. Claim they are located in Washington, but I have my doubts.

BEWARE! Awful! Do not order. They lead you to believe they are in America, but they are in China. And impossible to return. Rep told me inaccurate info, so I ordered. They wont respond back to me after they told me I can’t return.

Same bad experience as everyone else here -- used discount code when purchasing and the legging were way too small and now receiving message "discounted item are not returnable." Sent them 3 emails and live chat with no response. Shaking my head how this company can get away with this...

I ordered a pair of leggings with a discount code that was offered on Facebook Beware! The discount means the product is not returnable. The size chart is way off. The recommend a size 10 should buy a large. Way to big. Quality is that of a $19.99 legging. Unfinished raw cut hem. Seams not reinforced. You can't even lodge a complaint on their website

I have never dealt with a company like this. I can’t get in touch with them. Sent 3 emails and NO response. Trying to fix an order that they sent out incorrectly. Will never purchase from them again!

No way to contact as no customer service #. Order missing in action, sent 4 emails to them, no reply. Sent 4 emails to USPS, finally updated after package went haywire to WA ( in CA). USPS finally stated delivery on 3-29; ordered on 3-18. I'll believe it when I see it. Very poor experience. Hope I like the item because if I don't, I expect a nightmare trying to return them without any phone number or response of ANY kind! Won't go thru this again, so they lost a new customer
