I purchased 2 items from truefacet last week. Long story short I've received the items. The package packed very nice & the items beautiful as described. At first I was kinda worried about the authenticity of the items & I called Pam & she assured me the items that they're selling are authentic & they're very strict about that. She suggested for me to go to the the boutique & ask me to verified the items. So I went, asked the SA to authenticate the items. & the SA confirmed that the items are authentic. I'm very happy with my purchases & definitely will be shopping again with Truefacet. Kudos to Pam!

Although I have purchased similar items ( Cartier Love Bracelet here ) thru web based companies, I had never had issues or concerns around quality or authenticity of the item. In this transaction the item I was seeking ( pre-owned ) was not available, yet TF had a new ( never used ) item of the same brand, style, size I was seeking and for not that much more. Not only that, they expedited the shipment for next day with it arriving for a special occasion. Upon opening and presentation, a product quality issue was immediately noticed. Kind of wierd for a brand new never worn item. I contacted TF immediately the next morning. Their concern and apologies were sincere and the item was returned at their cost for appropriate remedy. It was repaired and returned to us in a timely manner and we were compensated for this inconvenience. Everyone I communicated with was available, knowledgable and responsive. I would not hesitate recommending or using TrueFacet in the future.
