Same as other reviews, there does not seem to be a customer service and it's definitely not 24/7 as stated on their website! Like somebody else I tried to cancel my order pretty much straight away but had no response. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. Will need to raise a dispute with the bank now. Avoid!!!

Just received my item today. I ordered it 6weeks ago, site said 2weeks delivery. I emailed but got no response or tracking provided. Item is a cheap copy. Box has a sticker on box claiming to be TBG but this is just a knock off. Instructions very limited. I will ask for a refund but as it’s a scam, I doubt I will get a reply.

I thought I did my research but didn’t think to look at Trustpilot. I did some googling to find top rated facial devices and TrueBeauty Glow was on that list. Not realizing this article was bait for their scam. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours of my purchase but they denied me my request. I placed my order on November 29th and just got my order 1/3/25. This item is as I have read from other reviews. It shipped from China and just has a sticker slapped on the box saying “True Beauty Glow”. I am scared to try the device out since this is my first time trying this kind of facial tool and this company not being legit. I immediately requested a return but have not heard from CS. I have sent 4 emails and no reply. This is NOT 100% hassle free returns and definitely no satisfaction guarantee. This company is a SCAM and false information. Don’t waste your money!!!

I chose Assure to purchase The Beauty Glow on 12/18/2024. The money is coming out of checking accounts but no product to date. 01/03/2025. I won’t recommend doing business with most likely scammers.

Stated “delivered” on Dec 19th 2024 with no proof of delivery. Have no idea where it was “delivered” to as it wasn’t to me. Unable to get a response from this company after 3 weeks of me sending at least 3 emails (it’s now Jan 2nd). Customer service non existent but they were able to send a generic reply to my comment on one of their Facebook posts instead of reply to my emails. Have now started a “transaction dispute” with my bank since they continue to ignore all emails. Just want my money back. DO NOT use this company! I was actually looking forward to using this product but will now buy from a UK-based company so I can receive proper tracking information and actually get a chance to use it.

I reached out to the support team with a couple of questions, and they were so helpful. They responded quickly and made sure I was comfortable with using the device. I appreciate the attention to detail.

Total scam website and products. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is. Ordered thinking it was a true website and when I received it, as many other reviewers say, there’s a giant true beauty sticker slapped on the front of the box. Do not purchase from this scam website!

Product not received after saying it had been delivered, please don’t waste your money. 😝
