Run screaming from these criminals. You will never see any money. They funnel away your money every letter you receive costs your money. They make it impossible to get your money the hoops you have to jump through to try. They are no help there is no hope

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I SPENT WEEKS REGRETTING MY DECISION AND THINKING WOULD NEVER SEE MY MONEY AGAIN. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE SOUNDED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY UNTIL IT CAME TIME TO DISCUSS PAYOUTS. SUDDENLY, EVERYTHING WAS BLAMED ON MARKET VOLATILITY, WHILE MY INVESTMENT DISAPPEARED WITHOUT SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION. I HAD ALMOST ACCEPTED MY MONEY WAS GONE FOR GOOD , ESPECIALLY AFTER REALIZING, THIS COMPANY WAS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS.I CAME ACROSS . S AV CAPITAL IM LIMITED, TO MY SURPRISE , THEY WORKED IN MY FAVOR AND ALL STOLEN FUNDS WERE RE-TURNED BACK. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY , NOTHING WORKS HERE.

If you want your information to stay private bypass these people!! I moved into an apartment 5 years ago and keep getting mail for the previous person who lived who has now passed on quite some time ago. I call today and ask them to stop sending it dude is dead. The moron I talked to there's nothing we can do just send it back saying they've passed away. I told the guy I have numerous times and they still keep coming. So, I asked captain of the moron patrol is this normal for your company to send out information like that people's sensitive information. No concern for it whatsoever!!! Avoid these people at all costs!!! Or it may end up costing you in the long run!!

AWFUL awful awful

I hate this company and would not deal with them if they weren’t attached to my employer!! The don’t know anything and always give the wrong information. They all need to go back to training. They are idiots!! Give me back Fidelity!

This place literally adds up to the bad reviews. From the website to customer service, nobody knows anything and i can't ever log onto the website. Every time I call to ask about what is going on with my hardship withdraw I'm always told something different. At this point they seem like a scam. They want ALL of your information: address, phone number, DOB, bank account information etc...meanwhile can never tell you anything, always an excuse. I've been at this for almost two months. This company is so unprofessional and horrible that I probably won't ever contribute to another company for investing or 401k. After weeks of trying to figure out what is going on now it's my fault for being frustrated because T. ROWE PRICE can't get it together.

I have been trying to execute a simple online transaction all week and have been unsuccessful, first the website was completely down, I could not access account via phone either, and once back up I continue to receive an error code that no one is able to identify. I have even offered suggestions based on my own knowledge of systems. Zero customer service.

I’m just gonna copy and paste the letter that I sent them which explains everything and not to mention this has been ongoing for a year now. Worst customer service, no follow-through or communication. “ I wanted to resolve an issue than has been very frustrating and gone on too long. I had an account through Pony Studios and I was told that the plan had stopped. I had my financial advisor reach out and get a check of the funds to roll over into another account. We got a check for $7,376.93. Months later I get a statement saying that I have a balance of $2,055.22. After I logging on and seeing this, I get an email a few days later with a document stating a bunch of fees and Termination of Employment that basically takes the fund to $0. I called TRowe only to be talked to rudely and basically yelled at and told that any accounts that were under $2,000 TRowe doesn’t deal with, and they were transferred to some other bank (without me being notified or provided any account number) I was given a phone number to call someone in Utah about it?? This number has no answering message or info and just beeps. I have left a few voicemails. (If this number is even real) Now I have received a 1099R statement showing a rollover of 9,307. I never received that additional $1930.71 I have attached the screenshots of the info I am referencing. I don’t even understand how any of this can be legal and I need this resolved ASAP. I want the $1930.71 to be returned to me I am beyond furious.”
