Purchased the Apex Backpack a few months ago and it has lived up to all the hype. Solid, elevated and practical. Would recommend to everyone. Great product, great customer service. Overall you can't go wrong with a Troubadour product.

This is my second purchase. Great quality backpack with loads of space. The price is more than fair for the quality. Very pleased....again!

The Apex Backpack is a great everyday, urban bag. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the main zipper three years after purchase. It was replaced quickly and with little fuss. A great bag and the best backup service and warranty that I have experienced.

Customer service was also a dream to work with. - I ran into an issue with the bag I purchased while traveling (not a product quality issue; the quality was excellent) - Customer support was very responsive (<24 hours) - They offered me different options to handle the issue I had and it was satisfactorily resolved in the end

Wonderful experience with purchasing and support. A small issue with my bag and they replaced it with a new one. Couldn't be happier!
