My husband and I go to tropical smoothie quite a lot. One day the drive through was particularly busy ( it was busy inside too) I was extremely pleased at how fast everything kept moving. The manager, Aaron, was working the drive through window. He was efficient and kind. Our orders are always right and served quickly. Very well run in Defiance Ohio !

I ordered one of the new Tropiboba Bowls, the berry one specifically, and I don’t know how tropiboba sounds like very berry açaí, but after I waited for 5 minutes to get my order, I saw there was no bowl, I asked what happened and Sam P said that I ordered the drink and I must have miss spoken! Unbelievable 1/5 stars, server was annoying and cocky. Will not go back to the Oswego location again!

I would give negative 10 if they had , horrible experience every time i go there, they are short staffed, take 25 mins to deliver ur order , get everything wrong u ordered, they don’t pay attention to what u asked, no professional courtesy, this place i don’t even how they are still operating will never ever go to this place again all 3 times were horrible experience . This is my first review for any store r any online i shopped in my 15 years , that bad this place is.

I used the app and earned rewards. I went to one store to redeem it and they couldn’t get it to work. They said there was nothing they could do. I went to another store a few weeks later, and tried to redeem a different award, and again the same thing happened. The different manager said there was nothing they could do Why have an app when it doesn’t work? I for one won’t be back. And I was a happy customer. It’s sad.

Making a smoothie is fairly easy. Making a smoothie you come back for day after day is something the grapevine tx location does best. Offering personalized service with a great product. KUDOS to the the team!!!!!
