God bless this all female staff . I cannot believe this is the future of woman. So disappointing that if anything the warm food would be warm when presented. Its not about the cold eggs and ummelted cheese. This is about the quality of staff they had. To serve that and be ok with it. Hopefully they never do any important jobs or we are screwed . Do better ladies.

I was served uncooked food. I returned it to store and and requested a refund. The employee seen upset that i didn’t want then to remake it and that I wanted a refund. She said the manager would contact me. Til this day i have not been contacted neither have i been refunded.Will never visit the Irving/Los Colinas location.Poor service, terrible food, no empathy

They put too many items in one bag. The smoothie was not blended very well.

I tried this place at least four times the first three times I wasn't with my husband when he ordered, the last time I was. Tropical smoothie has a great concept however the staff needs training with Serv Safe standards. There is usually two workers in store. The cashier and deli worker both flip flop between cashing and making orders. When done no one goes to wash their hands never! When the guy went to do my order I had to tell him to please wash his hands. After this I didn't trust them at all. I went another two times when my husband ordered and it was the same thing. Along with that staff with no gloves just digging in the ingredients with bare hands and putting them in the blender. Any sickness they have will be passed on to consumers as these items are ready to eat and not cooked. Franchise owners need to check into standard at Orlando, miami and west palm beach locations.

SINCE MAY 16 I’VE TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF YOU PEOPLE FOR MISSING POINTS FROM A TRANSACTION THAT WAS MADE THAT DAY ITS ALREADY THE 20th THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS IF YOU PEOPLE DONT WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE THEIR MISSING POINTS THEN I SUGGEST YOU REMOVE THE LOYALTIES REWARD PROGRAM ALWAYS HAS A PROBLEM ALWAYS DOESNT REDEEM ON TIME YOU DONT SEE THIS IN OTHER STORES LIKE STAR BUCKS.

I usually don’t write reviews. I just had to express how terrible the humus wrap was and I was very hungry too. I could not even eat the whole wrap after a few bite. It was dripping with this watery sauce. The wrap was mushy. Horrible! I wasted $14.00 of hard earned money. I wish I could summit a picture is that mess!

The product is fine, however. The staff at the location in Avon, Ohio is by far the worst team of employees EVER. They act like they are doing you favors by taking your order. Not one of the 3 employees smiled at me-said hello, thank you-absolutely zero interaction besides listening to what I wanted to order and how I wanted to pay. I am not being racial as I could give 2 cents about this but in order to identify, this is the best I can do. I believe he is oriental , extremely good looking and that’s where it ends. He does not smile. Does not look you in the eye and is so Unpleasant, that I felt as though I was doing something wrong by ordering a smoothie! A young girl with red hair was making the food; wraps, bowls, etc. I watched her twice take orders to the front counter and literally throw them down-mutter what it was-that customers had to speak aloud and ask what item it was! A customer asked for napkins because the dispenser was empty- male walked to his work station, pulled out about 10 , tossed them on the counter and didn’t utter a word-nor did he even consider the concept of filling the dispenser for the next guest. There were about 15 people in the store. When I got my smoothie, there were none left and I didn’t even bother to ask for one because I couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there! I looked them up on reviews and saw that they had 2 stars with tons of negative reviews. Not surprised! Fortunately they have another store close by in Crocker Park that has 4 stars that I will now frequent. You might as well close Avon, because every single customer was complaining about the service, or should I re-rewrite-LACK OF AND OFFENSIVE SERVICE.

I ordered 3 Paradise Point No Banana, substitute banana for strawberry. I was charged $1.50 for the substitute of strawberry. When I got my order 2 of them had banana and hardly any strawberry because the color was so pale and the other didn't taste like anything and had big chunks of ice. Very disappointed.
