I ordered a PB/Banana Nut Crunch (substituted Nutella) and a Chia Banana Boost through the app. The app has issues if its own (you can't ask for things on the side or customize some easy things), but the biggest issue TODAY was that the bananas on the sandwich were obviously VERY green and they were cut into squares (you know how firm they were when you can dice a banana) with the consistency and taste of Banana peel. In other words, even Nutella could not redeem the taste. I have been in that store before (Moore town Rd.) and politely told some of the young employees that green bananas are not ripe, as well as explained how to help them ripen more quickly in the future (for someone else's orders). Apparently, nobody listened. Similarly to the last time there was an issue with receiving an order from this store via Door Dash, I was told that there was no manager on hand when I called. I was told to call back later. Last time, I had to try on multiple days. This time the gentleman took my number and said he'd call me back today, which was an improvement from last time I had an issue (last time Door Dash delivered the order to the wrong location--it wasn't TSs problem, but a refund was needed and...no manager available). Many employees there are very kind and friendly, but I am not pleased with the management or the product at least half of the time (the sandwiches are burnt at times, but I have a limited menu I can choose from when eating out, or in, for that matter). How difficult is it to hang a sign by the Door Dash pick up spot that says "Don't forget straws and napkins... Thank you!!" or to be present at work sometimes (instead of the store being run by just two 20ish and unders)? Anyhow, green bananas are not at all tasty. The smoothie was fine, but the sandwich, in spite of the Nutella, was a disaster, and unfortunately, the gentleman couldn't just say to mention his name next time I came in and they'd remake it... without managerial approval. If the manager is gone all of the time, there should be a plan for issues that arise. It may be time to invest in a smoothie machine of my own. Update: I was called back and offered a new sandwich, which I appreciate, but because this is not the first time green bananas have been an issue, I am going to leave the review, but change my rating to 3 stars.

Went into Tropical Smoothie in the morning. Only person in there. Girl was not feeling it today. Why doesn’t any of the people that work there never ask for your phone number so they can promote the reward program, because the employees don’t care. At least that’s the impression it makes and so the attitude.

Everytune u have gone to several locations all employees have been very nice . Haven't been in a couple months went this morning g and I can not believe how small the breakfest wrap git it us a 1/3 of the size it has been . I know that food prices have effected the food industry but changing what you were doing doesn't help people keep coming back . People still expect what you have showed them and why they go to you place of business to begin with

We first went inside to order in there. But no one would come out to serve us or get our order. And they were all on there phone. So we just went thru the drive thru and someone answered and took our order. So other than that amazing drive thru services. Just not a very good inside service. But they had amazing drinks and food

When Tropical Smoothies opened up close to our house we were really happy. My husband and I probably go twice a week and we’ve been very happy. But I went to pick up two of their bowls today and it wasn’t good. Much-Much smaller and hardly any fruit. The granola was different and even the oats were different. It’s obvious they’re having employee problems because I hardly ever see the same people. Whoever is working there now and I’m including their management team is doing a very poor job. I’ll wait awhile and then try them again but if the same thing happens my husband and I are done with them. They charge too much for bad food. No professionalism displayed either. This is the 146th St store in Noblesville.

I LOVE this place. I believe they have the best buffalo chicken wrap. But, the last 2 times I've ordered it, I've noticed the ranch has changed. It doesn't even taste like ranch and it is so sweet. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! Why do restaurants always have to ruin a good thing!?!? UGH - this would have been a 5 star review because the store in Blue Ash, OH is excellent but I just don't even want/like it anymore because the ranch is not good. :( SO SAD!!!!!!!!
