Kevin is phenomenal to work with! We've used Trio Capital for multiple business deals and every time he goes above and beyond to make sure all of our questions or concerns are handled with the upmost attention to detail. Can't recommend enough!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Sent all my insurance information over to ensure I had the proper coverage before i signed documents. Got the okay from their rep even after said give me the weekend to confirm. He reached out Monday and said it was all good. Now less than a month later I don't have adaquent insurance. Now it's a "hassle" to them. I would give them negative stars if I could as they are still trying to rectify the situation. After several phone calls I was able to get a supervisor to make the situation right. Although it should of never got to that point in the first place she assured me she would use this as a training tool for employees in the future. Hopefully this was just a 1 off as my experience with them was great up until this mishap

From application to wire transfer super easy process. Vince was great to work with. Quick responses to all communications. Will be using Trio capitol for future endeavors.

Money was received quickly. Payments are automatically withdrawn from your account monthly, which is fine, but if you would like to make extra payments, you have to email customer service with your account number and extra amount you would like to pay, then they have to send an authorization letter back to you that you must sign, scan and send back to them. Process is a bit antiquated. We have only made our first payment and one extra payment and we asked for a statement and still have not received one. Also, extra payments do not go towards the principal, but if your pay the loan off before your halfway period you get a discount on your interest. Again, hard to make sure it is paid off early without a monthly statement.

Really negative experience from beginning to end. Even though my credit score is above 800, getting the loan took forever. They gave my insurance provider (state farm) some difficulties and then after they were all sorted out, they continued to send letters saying I needed to verify insurance. There were a total of two charges to my bank totaling roughly 800 dollars that were separate from vehicle payment and never discussed with me. Finaly after a few months I got tired of dealing with them and called to pay off the loan, and they told me I still have to pay 100% of the interest. Did it happily to not have to deal with them anymore but wow, overall very predatory and strongly advise finding someone more honest.
