Mike was very professional and respectful throughout the entire process of helping us secure short-term working capital. While staying in contact and communicating updates, he did not "wear me out" with calls, texts, and emails. The Trio underwriting team also did a great job making this loan happen and allowed Mike to be the point of contact. We already had an equipment loan with them and will continue to work with Mike and the Trio Capital team in the future.

The transaction was quick and easy. Our customer left happy which is always the number one priority.

Trio teamed up with Rimrock Telecommunications to rip everyone off. I am paying $6000 for a phone system that only worked for 2 weeks. When I called, after paying them $2000 to say the plastic they sold me was paid for and then some, they told me that I owed $4000 more for nothing. Rimrock is under investigation for fraud and these guys are their lenders. They suggested I call Rimrock which is now a defunct company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are associated with too many scams.
