Everything got to me safe and sound had a problem with one of the things I got but they helped me the best they could still trying to work it out but not going to put them down as they help the best way they can just waiting on manufacturer

It doesn't work as well as advertised
It doesn't work as well as advertised. 2 first temps aren't hot enough to get the dab off the tool and the 3 highest setting gets so it, it smokes on the tool.

Trimleaf did an amazing job around the holidays when fed ex was delivering packages to wrong address after they changed the delivery address at fed ex, trimleaf was prompt to address it multiple times to get the next package delivered to correct address. Trimleaf had amazing responsiveness. Overall good experience with trimleaf. Not so much with fed ex.
