It took 3-4 weeks to get my order, they used Fed-X to ship and was told that they would be making an appointment with me for the delivery of my order. Well let me inform you that it is NOT an appointment it is a 4 hour approximation of when it might get delivered. So instead of loosing a half days pay to be waiting for the delivery at my house. I had to deal with Fed-X to make arrangements for me to pick my order up from the Fed-X shipping facility but they had to get permission from the shipper i.e Trimleaf for me to do so. Otherwise I would have to loose at least a half days pay for Fed-X to deliver it. In my opinion! Telling your costumer that an appointment will be made for delivery then to find out that it’s not but an approximate time is really Jacked up. NOT COOL!!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We genuinely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience surrounding the delivery of your order. When you placed your order, our Freeze Dryers had an estimated lead time of 2-3 weeks. We always strive to uphold this delivery timeline for our customers and appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard. Regarding the delivery appointment window, FedEx always offers a 4-hour window for their deliveries. The reason FedEx adheres to such a broad timeframe is to accommodate unforeseen delays that their drivers might encounter during their daily routes. This ensures they can meet delivery commitments without overpromising exact times. We recognize that this can be frustrating and may not always provide the most convenient scheduling. We genuinely appreciate your effort in coordinating with FedEx to find an alternative solution, ensuring you didn't have to disrupt your work hours. We're truly glad to hear you were able to arrange this successfully. Your feedback is valuable, guiding our ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience. Please know we're always here to support you. If you require further assistance or have additional concerns, please feel free to email our manager directly at [email protected]
