Everything was great except the packing…
Everything was great except the packing and shipping. Package was properly packed with packing material to prevent items from bouncing around inside the box. Not what you would expect for such fragile and expensive equipment. Mishandling by the carrier led to busted and damaged boxes. On the plus side the representative was quick to try and take care of the matter. Gave me a small refund to make up for it an assured me that if once its was set up and there were any issues the would stand behind it. I will use again for sure.

Drop ship disaster
The problem I have is with your choice of shipping carriers. USPS is known as United States Package Stealers around here. My order arrived way later than expected and the package was open when I did finally get it. I'm just lucky that whatever theif at USPS that opened it decided that they didn't want anything in my package. I'm not sure if they can control the shipping method on drop shipped stuff but they should at least warn people about it because USPS has got to be the largest organized crime network in the country!

Charles, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration with USPS and apologies your experience with them has not been great. The default for smaller items is usually USPS. You can let us know special requests in the order notes or you can always reach out to us prior to placing an order if you decide to order from us again in the future. Thank you for understanding

Does not work as well as advertised
Does not work as well as advertised. I have only been getting extremely small yield and dark rosin. Probably give to family member.I would rather have bought 600 in dispensary rosin.

my missing and broken item
didn't receive the silicone puck or the silicone dab mat then once i decided to cut my loses short and just try to use the press and seen it was cracked and didnt stay shut so i let albert know at customer service and he made sure to let me know it not trim leaf fault and he apologized and made sure to fix the mistakes and is sending new items not so happen with the guys at ju1ce box but what can i do my problems got solved and im on the track of this being a good purchase as long as everything goes as planned

Dryer good Registration bad
I like the freeze dryer. I don't like the registration process.

We have yet to use the device and look forward to it. My biggest frustration is the inadequate instruction in the material received. There are photos that should be included that would help someone who is very visual in setting up the equipment and making sure that the connections and placement of the pump and accessories are done properlyu

As per our call, the instructions and materials are directly from the manufacturer Harvest Right and we definitely agree that visual aid can help with setup for sure so we'll let them know that this can help customers There are videos available online on youtube on how to setup the units in the meantime if you'd like to check there -Albert
