Excellent customer service; no power interruptions; being recognized as a valued customer, availability of multiple energy plans; detailed and transparent pricing feature of the monthly bill. Energy rate need to be revised to remain competitive enough as many more energy companies are entering the energy market.

These folks truly care for their customers! I love them...the guy i was connected with even actually laughed at my attempted joke!! Very through and never condiscending, it's such a refreshing atmosphere.
