Just don’t do it. Very shady practices on pricing. Have to deal with a “virtual assistant “ first then eventually after you waste a lot of your time you will get a real person speaking in circles very quickly. You have to repeatedly ask them to slow down their speech then only to be spoken to as if you are a moron. When it’s the dialect in which they are speaking to quick which is making the conversation difficult not my lack of brain cells. Will switch carriers.

If I didn't have to put 1 star I wouldn't have. I'm absolutely pissed. TriEagle has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I stayed on the phone for 2 hours trying to speak to a Supervisor. I was on hold for 30 minutes or more each of the 3 calls & no Supervisor was ever put on the phone. If you want high bills & below average customer service. Tri Eagle is your company

My rate has almost doubled and I am a disabled vetetan unemployed. I have been a good customer. I called and requested a lower rate but was denied 2 times. I WILL switch energy providers as soon as I am able. My God have mercy on this evil company.
