As part of our leasing process, we often pre-lease homes before they become available to help meet housing demand. However, homes are not turned over to new residents until required inspections, preparations, and any necessary work have been completed. If unforeseen repairs or maintenance needs impact a home's readiness, we adjust our timelines accordingly. We understand that observing work being completed at a neighboring property may raise questions, but we remain committed to ensuring homes are ready for occupancy and meet our standards before a new resident moves in.
