When it comes to Tricon, they really do care and value their customers they are very respectable honorable and lovable, and so far me and my family love the experiences that we have had with them since we moved into our home

The best experience ever.They are amazing and fix any issue without a problem. Customer Service is super nice and so is Maintenance. I will only rent through Tricon moving forward.

Just took possession yesterday Met with Calvin Stewart Superintendent He was very professional and walked me through the Residence any small issues I had her resolved them on the spot He did a great job Some things not that great tricon forces me to rent their washer and dryer ( I have my own) tricon makes me pay for their electronic front door lock ( should be optional) tricon still has carpet not gone to hard wood floors like most other companies Let's see how tricon does over the next year

The company has been very responsive to any of my needs in the home. Whenever I submit a trouble ticket they are on it within a day or two. I am glad I choose Tricon to mange my housing.

The property I leased was nice and maintenance was done promptly although I only required a couple maintenance requests during the lease that lasted a little over a year. Once I vacated, Arizona has a law regarding the timeframe that a landlord is required to return the security deposit. The remainder of my deposit and the final deposit accounting statement were both returned in the same envelope (I have a video to prove) beyond the state law timeframe. I proceeded to send a demand letter requesting the full amount of my security deposit refund as I am entitled to. My only response was that my security deposit balance was already sent and the demand letter details were never addressed. I returned the check and Tricon never acted in good faith nor understood the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act. I’ve reached out one more time for further assistance prior to pursuing legal action via small claims. Disappointed. Also, the leasing agent during my tenancy requested I get photos of the neighbor that was not picking up the waste in the common area in my front yard, so she could he email them the photos and letter from the HOA. This is poor and unprofessional to involve a tenant since the other tenant will clearly know I took the pictures and could possibly retaliate. The leasing agent was more concerned about the HOA than the care between neighboring Tricon tenants since Tricon owned every property on the street. Again, another disappointment on handling important matters.

Maintenance appointments have gotten better in the last couple years. If you send an email it takes a lil bit longer for a response. The resident portal needs improvement
