Tribal ChimpReviews of tribalchimp.com

Our Grandson loves the product. Delivery was a nightmare thanks to our local Postal Service but the Customer Service from Tribal Chimp was Outstanding!!!

Great products, user friendly website!!

Id bet money that this is a drop-shipping AliExpress special… not a company that actually prides themselves on quality hair care. First, I had an allergic reaction to the *cheap* chemicals and artificial scents they use in the clay dust. (I typically use higher quality salon products like Kevin Murphy, STATEMNT, Davines, and other products without issues). With the money back guarantee, they fail to mention you have to pay for shipping. So by the time the shipping costs are added, the refund is not a money guarantee - it’s a partial refund. So instead of that, they sent the matte clay. It felt AWESOME in my hair, and worked really well, but same thing; I got hot in my forehead and a headache. (Classic allergic reaction due to cheap chemicals). My friend said “it kind of smells like bug spray” and sure enough, one of the ingredients is the same ingredient in bug spray 😂 I learned my lesson and will be sticking to quality salon products.

I was missing an item with my order, I reached out and they handled it right away. I will for sure be buying from Tribal Chimp again.

All it does is make your hair dry.

This is amazing stuff that works wonder, but it's pale in comparison to their service. Trust this company, they care about your experience

Sorry for the long time in replying, but took a long time in arriving, but then again I'm on the other side of the pond. Tried the powder, and was very impressed, maximum hold and added so much body to my fine hair. The more you use, the more sculptural effects you can create. Impressive!
