Still have not got my shirt. Got tracking Number that says it has returned to sender. Don't know why. It's a company's adress and usually delivery works fine.

I ordered a medium and received a 2XL. It took so long to arrive, I filed a complaint with Paypal. Only then did I get any communication about my order. It arrived about a week after that. I didn’t bother to exchange for the right size because it had been over 6 weeks since I’d expected delivery. Also, I placed this order several years ago (at least 4) so I don’t know why I’m being asked to write a review now.

Hello Kerry Barnes, We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. For delays in orders reaching customers is one of the problems that will likely arise during the shipping process. But all of that was not intentional from us. Because many parties are involved in this. And we thank you for all the criticism and suggestions to us. Hopefully the suggestions and criticisms you give us will make our service even better. If there is an error in receiving the order, please complain as soon as the order is received, so that we can check and provide a solution. Thank You

This is the first review I've ever written. I've never felt so compelled to write a review. This is a fantastic company to purchase through! Not only are their products high quality and individually made, but their customer service is unmatched! I had an issue where someone stole my personalized sweatshirt, and they sent me a new one for FREE! I've already recommended this site to several friends and will be ordering more products in the future! Thank you Trendstees!

The lettering was not in the right position, the hoodie itself had rips in it. The lettering was fading.

I ordered an item and received a cheap knockoff after I waited weeks for it. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures of the item I received as well as screenshots of the item they have listed on their website. They informed me that "These items are replicas, will be almost 90% similar to the real thing. Because it is a processed product, the price will be cheaper than the brand name. We hope you can understand. Thank you!" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.
