Ordered a shirt. Looked nothing like photos. Won't refund unless I send back to viet nam which costs more than the shirt!

I have read that Trendstee has great customer service.....that's a load of crap. I have sent no less than 4 email request in the last 3 weeks and haven't even received a response....nothing. Right is right so I must issue a retraction to my review of Trndstee(s). I had no idea there are 2 very similar organizations out the and the one i am struggling with is Trendtee - no S. I sincerely apologize for my confusion........

Ordered a hat. Showed up looking nothing like the advertisement. Poorest quality I've ever seen. I paid 38 dollars for a hat that I will probably just throw in the garbage. Terrible company, no standards for quality merchandise.

I order a Yellow.Black Mustang logo rug, from Trendstee .THe rug that arrived is not as describe & nothing like the photo ob there web site. I had to file a complaint wihtt PP. Irequest a retunr shipping label ^ a full refund. No return shipping label sent. Yhey would not answer amy of my e-mails to them on my shipping status. Now that PP is envolved now they ask me for photo's. The rug I ordered was 5' x 7', I was expecting a deliverly of a rug rolled 4' rolled. NOPE FOLDED , it not heavy duty like there photo, just a piece of crappy material, that looks nothing like the Rug in there photo on there site. Waiting for a responds from PP, they still have not sent me a return shipping lable. I DO NOT RECOOMMEND THIS ITEM OR THSI COMPANY. I would like to add a photo for you to see there web site photo to what they sent. But this will not allow me to do it.

I saw a hat that I thought looked cool and I saw I could get it in leather, oh that will be cool, took a month to get it and it turned out to be plastic. Plus it was shipped in a bag so it was all smashed and out of shape. Waste of 50 bucks.

Meine Bestellung ist nie bei mir angekommen. Obwohl ich das auch nachgewiesen habe, wurde nichts ersetzt oder erstattet. Bei Reklamationen wird einfach abgewartet und nicht den Pflichten nachgekommen die ein Verkäufer hat. Ich habe beim Transportdienstleister in Erfahrung gebracht, das die Ware nicht zugestellt wurde und der Dienstleister eigenmächtig den Empfang quittiert hat. Es wurde trotzdem keine Sendungsnachverfolgung vom Versender beauftragt. Somit bin ich auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben. Sehr unseriöse Verkaufsabwicklung.

I ordered a hoody for my Dads 60th birthday, it arrived in good time. When it came the quality looked nothing like the picture, it looked like it was it was going to be typical hoody material but when it came it was almost like a football t-shirt material. I emailed the company and got no reply, so I did a claim through PayPal as this was the way I paid. When I did this PayPal notified them so they emailed me to say my email went in their Junk box that's why they didn't reply to me originally. As I did the claim through PayPal, PayPal said to do any correspondence through them... which I did. Weeks later PayPal said the company had won the case. I contacted the company again and eventually they replied, asking for all the detail again. I replied telling them about how I felt it was misleading as the item I ordered doesn't look like the same material I received, I did also mention that compared to the 3XL hoody's my Dad already has this item seemed much larger (although, this wasn't my main concern, it was what it was made of) They just kept replying going on about a size guide and to measure the item and not dealing with my main issue. (I did question why a size guide wasn't on their website) As this went on for nearly 2 months my Dad said, why don't I see I can get a smaller size and he would try and wear it over his leather bike gear when he goes out riding instead of wearing it as a jumper. I emailed asking this and they replied saying they can't deal with my case as its with PayPal! I replied telling them, 'no, the PayPal case has closed'. I never got a reply from this email and not heard anything since. I believe I am in the right as the material of the item looks nothing like the website, I have screen shots of what I bought on the website and when I sent them in my case, the same day they took the pictures off their website, so if it wasn't misleading, why did they take them down? I am so upset, this cost me £46.34 which, might not seem a lot but I am not flush with money and my Dad's big 60th present is ruined, he's basically got nothing off me for his birthday. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
