Absolute junk! Have an allant+ 8 and during my 2 years of usage: Battery broken Computer broken Wheel Broken 2x Wheel hub worn out 3x Charger broken Lots of other small issues (eg computer not charging anymore without warning, leaving you stranded even though the bike battery is fully charged) The bike is also slow as hell, don't even hope to keep up with other speed Pedelecs. I also found out the hub for example is a cheap 3-pawl Chinese part (15eur) and not a known brand with a ratchet. Maintenance cost is also huuuge!! Chain and cassette are well maintained, but last on average 800-1300km before they need to be replaced. Stay away from trek speed Pedelecs! Even the shop where I bought the bike is pulling is hair out because of quality issues with trek bikes (both speed Pedelecs and mountainbikes).

I bought a Trek Powerfly 4FS EMTB,$5299.00 Canadian... after 400 miles, the rear Bontrager tire was done,the rear hub body broke, warrantied, after getting the hub body was replaced, the mechanic told me my shift cable and housing needs to be replaced and the drive train will need to be replaced soon. 150 miles later, the drive train is done! Cable and housing are still working. The dropper seat post wiggles slightly, asked if it could get it replaced when it was new, salesman said it would be at MY COST. $1200.00 later for upgraded parts, the wheel set,chain ring,chain and cassette. Next, I will need to upgrade the cables and housing,both, for the rear derailleur and the hydraulic brake lines. Poor quality cables and housings! WILL NOT recommend Trek bikes to anyone! I should have bought a KONA.

Order the bicycle two weeks ago, l have been told, within ten days to receive the bike. Everything went silent, phone the retailer today was saying bicycle on a courier another four days reach here, plus they going to prepare the bike, this put me of to buy, l will be cancelling bike, good job early indication they are not capable to do after sales service, if they can't delivery on time

Ich hatte bei TREK in Eppendorf ein schönes Fahrrad gefunden und die erste Verkaufsberatung war sehr nett. Deshalb hab ich es direkt gekauft. Der Lenker sollte noch getauscht und ein Gepäckträger inkl. Korb angebaut werden. Aber das sollte kein Problem und in 2-3 Tagen erledigt werden. Als ich dann nach über einer Woche nachgefragt habe war es noch nicht fertig. Eine Woche später habe ich es wieder versucht. Im 1. Telefonat hieß es noch nicht fertig aber 10 min später, im 2. Telefonat, hieß es dann plötzlich es wäre abholbereit. Also bin ich hingefahren und da stand das Fahrrad...genau in dem Zustand in dem ich es das letzte mal gesehen hatte. Es war gar nichts passiert. Dann hieß es das muss ein Missverständnis sein und sie würden sich melden. Nach 3 Wochen war ich dann wieder vor Ort aber leider kein Korb. Der wäre angeblich nicht bestellt gewesen. Den Reflektor, der an den Gepäckträger gehört bekam ich mit allen möglichen Zetteln in die Hand gedrückt. Auf Nachfrage warum er nicht montiert ist kam die Antwort das braucht man nicht. Ich hab dann bezahlt und wollte nur noch raus aus dem Laden. Nach 10m Fahrt mit dem Fahrrad, für das ich ca.1200,00€ bezahlt hatte, musste ich umdrehen weil die Gangschaltung nicht festgeschraubt war. Die wurde dann mürrisch fest geschraubt und ich wurde verabschiedet mit den Worten:"..ich könne das Fahrrad ja auch zurückgeben wenn es mir nicht gefällt." Ich baue den Rest jetzt selbst an und schraube auch alles selber fest. In den Laden gehe ich bestimmt nicht mehr. Hoffentlich ist das Fahrrad besser als der Service!

Unbelievably Good Customer Service! I am now on my third Trek bike having bought my first in 2004. The beginning of the year I came off my Domane 5.9 and broke my femur and it rather messed with my head. Every year, we ride the strade bianche in the Autumn but this year I was feeling nervous as my 2016 Domane can only take 28 mm and even then it is very close. I looked around to see if I could find a rim brake frame (I have some nice wheels) with better clearance and I found the 2024 Domane Gen 2 with direct mount brakes could, apparently, take 38 mm. I bought it, but after 3 sets of gradually diminishing tyres realised it couldn't. I contacted Trek who admitted they had made a mistake and then promptly gave me a disc brake Domane frame with a set of wheels as goodwill. Blimey, I was flabbergasted, and I have been meaning to post this and say a big thank you to Trek Bikes for their generosity. I am an ultra distance cyclist and will be looking to do a short YouTube video of LEL 2025 (my third time) on my 'new' and great Trek Domane.

Modelnavnene er forvirrende, der er mange der ligner hinanden. Når man klikker på en model med f.eks. en tilbudspris, ser man pludselig et lidt andet modelnavn (og ikke længere tilbudsprisen). Samme ting sker når man klikker på "find butik". Eksempel: Udsalgspris 5.399, opr. pris 7.199, klik på modellen - tilbudsprisen er nu væk. Jeg ville faktisk ikke engang købe online, blot orientere mig og sammenligne. Det er godt at man kan se hvor en model er på lager, men ikke at man så ikke ved om den model også er på tilbud i dén butik.

Giugno 2023, ho acquistato un Trek procaliber 9.7 E dopo un anno ha perso tutto il colore Del telaio e vari componenti, Ho contattato la assistenza di Trek E loro sono stati maleducati e semplicemente mi hanno detto che la Bici non deve essere esposta al sole, ovviamente la bici io la uso di giorno non di notte! Valutate voi, ho preso una grandissima fregatura comprare una Trek

Je souhaite vous faire part de mon mécontentement par rapport à la qualité des jantes de mon FX1. Lors d'une précédente révision chez un revendeur Trek en mars 2023, des fissures ont été constatées sur la jante arrière qu'il a donc fallu changer. La semaine dernière, j'amène une nouvelle fois mon vélo et la même constatation est faite. Des fissures sont encore apparues et un nouveau changement de jante est effectué. Cette fois-ci, on me propose un modèle plus solide après mes remarques par rapport à l'ancienneté de la jante et de faire une grosse révision qui implique de changer une nouvelle fois la cassette qui l'a été l'an passé ainsi que les disques. Une révision aux alentours de 200€ après les 100€ de la dernière jante. A ce prix-là, j'aurai dépensé en moins de 2 ans le prix du vélo. En réponse, Trek me dit que c’est normal et qu’ils font confiance à l’avis du vendeur. Aucune remarque sur la qualité de l’équipement.
