Straight scammers DONT BUY!! waited 4 months for a table that never came. they won’t reply on email and won’t refund!! disputing with bank :(

Worst experience ever!!! We purchased multiple chairs for multiple orders. First order was fulfilled months late, but only half the order, when we reached out they finally responded months later and sent tracking for the remaining chair. Come to find out it wasn't our order and was delivered somewhere in another state. Have not been able to get in touch with them + no other orders have been fulfilled or any responses after reaching out on every single platform. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stay away from buying from this company. For the high price point of these chairs, the quality is such a disappointment. Within the first year of owning the Capital Cane Armchairs, they are falling apart. We rarely sit on our chairs and the rattan strands break off easily and even one of the chair frames broke while being in use. Customer service is non existent, they don't reply to their emails. The only way I got a response is direct messaging through their Instagram page. It took over 2 months for them to ship out one chair replacement and a $125 shipping cost. When I emailed them about why there was such a delay, I still have received no response.
