Excellent service and quality products. I have enjoyed my tree for 2 years and love the upright tree storage I just purchased. It has saved me the work and back injury when packing and storing my tree - MUCH easier and faster! I do wish that the upright storage bag had locking wheels on the bottom but still love it. Very happy with my purchases from Tree Classics.

I purchased a 9 foot prelit LED tree from Tree Classics. I opened it on arrival in October and all parts looked great. The tree was in good condition and all the lights worked. Upon setting it up in December, the plug on the stand was defective and kept popping out when trying to raise the stand. I had to hold it together with duct tape. After taking it down today I contacted the company and dealt with Monica in customer service and was told they would do NOTHING as there was only a 30 day warranty! What terrible customer service! I spent over $1100.00 and have to deal with this over a cheap defective stand! The tree was everything thing I expected. What a disappointment! I will never deal with this company again and highly recommend anyone looking to buy an artificial tree to remember that service on their product is paramount and theirs is terrible!

Fall 2019 I purchased a 9' Fraser Fir with the color changing LED lights for the 2019 Christmas season. It worked properly when delivered. When put up for Christmas, the lights on the tree worked for about 6 hours, then died entirely. I notified the company which immediately identified the problem as a "bad transformer". After three phone calls, the company finally says it will not ship a replacement transformer until July 2020, about 9 months after purchase. Put another way, I must wait 7 months to even test to see if it is really a transformer problem. So far, Tree Classics has declined to toll the warranty. After writing to the CEO, Tree Classics has sent an email apologizing but indicating they may not be able to provide any relief until October or November 2020, about a year after the purchase. Which means I will not even be able to see if they are responding until then. Will they even still be in business in November?

I paid $600 for a tree where the lights only lasted 2 seasons. This is brutal. I phoned customer service to tell them, as the lights have a 2 year warranty, and they said they couldn't help because i was 20 days over my warranty. Eventually after a fight they sent me some new lights. I then had to take off all the old lights and string on these new ones. Now that the tree is all decorated another strand has gone out! This is a product that is only used 1 month of the year!!!!! My last tree was purchased at walmart for under $100 and lasted me 8 years before I gave it away in perfect condition.I purchased this tree because I wanted something taller, but the tree isn't very full and the lights are garbage. Would strongly not recommend.

Just received our tree, this tree is superb. The quality is second to none. I have purchased very very expensive trees from other business and none of them can compare with this tree. This tree looks so real. And is so full. I will tell everyone I know about this BEAUTIFUL TREE. Thank you M. Esham

quick delivery! Excatly whT i NEEED!

Buyer beware! I purchased a pre-lit 9 foot Fraser Fir from Tree Classics last year. Brand new out of the box, a strand of lights on the tree didn't work. They sent a replacement tree but now this year another strand of lights isn't working and they claim the replacement section is out of stock until next Fall (2020) and they will not offer any other solutions for this year! Strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your Chistmas tree needs, Tree Classics quality and Customer Service are very poor.

I ordered the Santa Claus tree topper.
