totally satisfied, with product!

I ordered the Treatmedy from the reviews, but was not sure how it was going to work. It was for a present for my partner who has terrible bad knees. He had trouble even getting out of bed as he had so much pain. With the Treatmedy, he now has very little pain, although he still has some in his knee, but he cannot believe how much this has helped him be able to get out of bed without any pain. He uses it everyday and loves it. I am so glad I bought it for him and it does work, as he now is able to get around without any pain in his legs. Thank you.

Received products promptly after ordering

My experience was one of your ad actually doing as promised. However, I was confused about how to use the product. Some of your ads show the controls above the knee and others below. I started with the below and had to use a mirror to see what I was doing. The only instruction says, to use at least 15 minutes a day. The time was a bit confusing because the timers on the units last 10 minutes. I started by using it a couple of hours a day and I am still doing so on the 15th day. I think the instructions and pictures should be consistent. These are NOT complaints just telling you how things went for me. I have actually been able to take my knee braces off and work without them. I am looking forward to the 3 week mark to see how that goes. Thank you so much.

My knees haven't felt this good in many years! Only took two days, morning and evening, to feel real results.

Have acute arthritis in both knees and I do heating and air. It was getting hard to walk, much less get on my knees to troubleshoot. Been about 2 weeks now since they arrived. I use them 3 to 4 times a day 10 minutes at a time. I figure it will take some time, but I already feel stronger and walk more normal, with less pain. A work in progress.

Works great! My girlfriend likes the heating and the comfort of the unit.
