I purchased the massage machine after suffering pain day and night and being told by a specialist I needed a partial knee replacement. After using it for a week the pain has almost gone it is a God send and I'll be letting my friend borrow it to see if it helps her as she has the same problem.

First of all this product does not work or at least it did not work for me and I called to return the merchandise and had been over 60 days. How is someone supposed to know that it’s going to work and start really helping your body if they’re only giving you 60 days to try it out well I went about three months And I called to return and they will not return now poor poor service anybody that buys from these people don’t expect to get your money back and it’s not gonna work

It’s what said it was going to. Use it at least twice a day and have a lot of relief with pain. Only time will tell if it repairs bone on bone. Very happy so far.

We need a more comprehensive instructions to use the equipment such as how many times, what is the maximum limit for a day. Do I need to continue to use it everyday to have a healthy knee? I really like the machine. It does help with my knees pain.

Arrived timely and have used it almost 3 weeks. Stiffness has improved at least about 50%. Easy to use & to charge. The velcro straps are almost to large but I've tighten them enough to use. Quite happy with the product. I plan to continue use. Thank you.
