Weve used them to book our house for our wedding, last vacation as a couple of 2 and was trying to book our first vacation as a family of 4. We were celebrating both our sons birthdays as well as our 7 year anniversary. With everything going on with covid we weren't sure if we were going to get to go so requested a refund. When they hadn't got back to us for 3 days we figured the refund wasnt going to happen and we were going to go and make the most of it. We started packing but decided we'ld better call to check on things. Glad we did! We we're informed today (the day before we are to leave) they had canceled our reservation today and had already booked another family without us even knowing. We couldn't go if we wanted to. They offered no solution to this problem. They could have given us another property that was available for that week. I would never use them and hope you wont consider them either. To say I'm livid would be an understatement. This is precious time off from work that I'll never get back. This vacation was scheduled a year in advance so that I would be able to get off work. Theyve been very unprofessional about this whole thing. Very poor customer service!!!

Joe Powers provided me with a CMA for my property hassle free! I was referred to him by a friend and I was not disappointed. He was friendly and informative and provided an accurate market analysis so I could start the FSBO process. I decided not to sell the property, but when I do I will go to Treasure Realty! Thanks again Joe!

This company employee some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Fourth year with Treasure Realty and every year everyone there have been rude as can be. This year was the last straw. What in the world is wrong with your people and your company? I never stoop so low to write negative reviews, but I have had enough. When you are dealing with people that spend 6,000 to 10,000 every year on rental properties the least you could do is show some respect and show some customer courtesy. HAVE YOU HEARD OF PEOPLE SKILLS????

St. Regis Resort North Topsail unit 2404 Writing on the internal walls, ice maker didnt work, bedroom TV didnt work. No onsite management team, no sheets,towels or even toilet paper. Did not disclose damaged areas until after you booked. Construction noise at 7AM everyday. When you were able to finally contact the management team, they came across as dishonest and uncaring. Very disappointed and I will not recommend to anyone I know to stay there.

BEWARE! There is a hurricane right now and the island has a mandated evacuation! We purchased the travel insurance and they still won’t reimburse. In the emails they have sent they expect us to sit on a will call basis and wait to see when they the evacuation is lifted, see if the house is intact! They will only let us file the claim if it is 4 or more days into the vacation. That means that we have to wait to drive 12 hrs to get there and then only have 3 days there and drive 13 hrs home! Terrible company and horrible customer service! DO NOT USE THEM!

We have rented two years in a row with Treasure Realty. Both years when we arrived at check-in, the houses were dirty. That is unacceptable. We pay a lot of money to rent a nice house for our extended family for the week. The management was rude, inconsiderate and did not compensate us well for the dirty house. They seem to be understaffed and need to get their act together. We will not be renting from them again. Think twice before you rent with this company. You may arrive to a dirty house.

Well their is a lot to say for starters the duplex burned down the first day are cars and everything we brought were to. treasure realty was great at first bought us food put us in another place not oceanfront but hey.Now when we started to ask questions and talk to the media that’s when they distanced themselves didn’t talk or reach out at all and still to this day they haven’t reimburse my uncle or grandparents. I mean what else do you have to do to get reimbursed. We will never rent from them again and probably will never go to topsail again
