Although the property location and furnishings were near perfect I have had issues for the last 3 years 2016 2017 and 2018 with my property being cleaned. I arrive at 3pm to 4pm so there has been adequate time to do so. I usually stay at 3960 Island drive every year however in 2017 we did not. This particular property was filthy. It was a New river Inlet property. My suggestion get better cleaning companies and or employees. Finding Someones hair in the bathroom is disgusting. And having to buy cleaning products suchas tub and tile clraner to ensure sanitary conditions is upsetting. I have been coming to Topsail beach for the last 5 years and plan to do so this year. I am absolutely in love with the place.

We have been renting with Treasure Realty for 14 years and this is the first time our rental got canceled. Apparently our deposit didn’t reach the office on time, but in 14 years we haven’t backed out of our agreement. We were able to re-apply for the same rental unit but had to wait the two days until we were able to reach them to be sure the unit was still available. A phone call would have been appreciated rather then to just cancel. Our travel plans had all been arranged.

Your payment policy with 3 payments, with the initial payment nearly 15-20% of total is pricey. The first payment is due at the end of the vacation since we book the house for the next year, same week. This requires us to have significant money available at the same time as we are finishing the family vacation... We do love your general responsiveness and check-in policy is fair too.
