I had an appointment scheduled for my tires to be put on at my house around midday. I was scheduled to work that morning. The person doing the with was running early. When I'm at work, I don't have my cell phone near by, so even though they called me, I didn't knew they were ahead of schedule. They came to my work, put the new tires on my car, and I came out of work, checked my messages, realized I had probably missed them, age called to apologize/reschedule. Instead, I found shiny new tires, no questions asked and no interruption to my day. All fit the price I would have paid upfront for tires, but it gets to be spread out in payments. Highly recommend this company.

They have been great, I got tires when I really needed them. Although they weren't able to put the tires on and I had to go to big o and pay to get them installed. They did promise to credit my account.. I have yet to see the credit.

Excellent service. Friendly people. When I was having bad luck with my tires last Oct after having replaced 4 flats, they came to take care of me with 4 brand new tires. I even got a flat of one of the new tires after getting a railroad tie nail and they replaced that tire too. Plus you can't best the price. I had a special size for my car and new tires for my car would cost over $1000 at a standard retailer and with Treads I got brand new tires for more than 1/2 price and able to stretch it out, only paying $40/month for the size I had. Plus they come to you...for the initial tires and rotations. And if you get a flat they will fix it. Awesome service!!!

I'm very happy with my Treads subscription so far. The overall price point is very competitive plus included the installation (which was fast, easy, and contactless). I am so grateful that tire maintenance has been taken off my plate. In a society this busy, we could all use a hand and Treads is a no-brainer. I'm actually looking forward to my first tire rotation!
